Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort presented a number of challenges, mostly due to the needs of the various stakeholders. The solution I delivered was “The Wicked Gooey Apple Awards.” It created a larger story for the site that balanced the needs of numerous stakeholders.
This site was a success with website driven revenue up 30% compared to the previous year. This concept and site also boosted page views, social media engagement, and time spent on the site significantly.
